West Johnson Street business burglary investigated – two in custody

Fond du Lac Police are investigating an overnight burglary in the city.

Just before 4 AM, Wednesday, June 5, 2025, the Fond du Lac County Communication Center was made aware of a burglar alarm going off at The Supply Store at 501 west Johnson Street. The Supply Store sells items such as vapes and CBD products.

When the first unit arrived on scene, they found a broken window with some product that appeared to be dropped on the outside, leading police to believe that entry had been made but at least one suspect had possibly left the area.

At 4:20 AM an officer stated that two suspects were inside the store and were coming towards the broken window with their hands raised in the air. Those two were taken into custody while police continued to clear the building, looking for other possible suspects.

It was reported that at least one other suspect wearing all black was involved and had left the store prior to police arriving on scene.

Officers from the Fond du Lac County Sheriff’s Office as well as a State Patrol Trooper assisted the police department with clearing the building and driving around the area looking for suspects.

No other information is known in this matter. If you know anything about the break in, call the Fond du Lac Police Department at 920-906-5555
