Wisconsin DNR offering $25 rebate on new Endangered Resources license plates

The special Wisconsin License plate known as the Endangered Resources license plate has been around since 1994 and to help celebrate its 30th year in existence and to help re-energize the cause for the plates original creation, the Wisconsin DNR is offering a special, time limited rebate for those that register their vehicle with the special plate.
Those that are new to register with the plate can take advantage of a one time $25 rebate with their registration fee. Those that are already registered with the plates can also take advantage of the rebate but would have to re-order, and obtain a new plate number.
Since the plates inception in 1994, purchases of it have provided funds to the DNR’s conservation efforts of 400 wildlife and 300 plant species designated as endangered or threatened in Wisconsin.
Those looking to buy one of these special plates and get the rebate are asked to visit the Endangered Resources license plate webpage.
The offer is valid through the end of the year.
